Sub-Zero Classic BI Code 15-9-65: valve selector stuck at dispenser

What 15-9-65 means

Classic Built-In models with a water dispenser, for example the BI-36UFD/S, display 15-9-65 when the water valve selecting relay is stuck at the dispenser water position. The board uses this relay to steer water either to the dispenser or to the ice maker. Stuck on the dispenser side, it cannot send water to the ice maker. The dispenser may work normally, but ice production slows and the bin eventually runs low.
