Sub-Zero CL3650UID over-and-under with dispenser repair
The CL3650UID is a 36-inch Classic over-and-under with an internal dispenser, normally built into an opening beside tall cabinetry. It is a current unit, so we mostly see maintenance-type problems.
The pattern we see is dust first, then slow recovery. Once the grille clogs, the condenser cannot shed heat, and the cabinet takes far longer to come back down after a big grocery unload or a door left ajar. Cleaning the grille and checking the condenser fan fixes more of these than any parts swap.
Dispenser trouble gets its own check: inlet valve, line, and filter. A short list of readings taken at the start gives us a clear before-and-after picture of the repair. Questions about next steps are welcome during the visit, not only after the invoice. The same unit is also sold as ICBCL3650UID with the ICB prefix.
Slow recovery generally traces to a clogged condenser grille or a weak fan. Cleaning the airflow path often restores normal pull-down, and we quote any extra work before we start.
Once or twice a year is a good rule, and more often with pets or a dusty kitchen. We can clean it during a visit and check the fan while we are there.
We test the supply line pressure, the inlet valve, and the filter condition. That keeps the repair on the water side, and the work is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.
