Sub-Zero DEU2450W-ADA accessible-height wine storage repair
The DEU2450W-ADA is the ADA-height version of the 24-inch Designer undercounter wine unit, with a panel-ready door. Sub-Zero writes it DEU2450W/ADA. It is chosen for lower counters in accessible kitchens and bars, where a standard-height unit would not work.
A weak door seal is the most common call, and moisture on the inside of the door is usually the next thing owners see. A panel that has crept forward can keep the gasket from seating, so we treat the two as one inspection.
We inspect the gasket, adjust the door and confirm cabinet temperatures with a separate thermometer. A written price comes first, and completed repairs have a 30-day workmanship warranty. Because the unit sits lower, we also make sure the toe-kick opening stays clear of dust and stored items.
It is built to fit the lower counter height used in accessible kitchens. Service follows the same steps as the standard 24-inch model, so you do not need to worry about special procedures.
Warm air is getting past the seal and meeting the cold glass or panel surface. We check the gasket and the door alignment, then quote the repair in writing before we do any work.
Yes, that is how Sub-Zero writes it. We treat the two names as the same model and match parts using the data plate on the cabinet, so the right item is ordered the first time.
