We repair Sub-Zero built-ins, columns, undercounter drawers, beverage centers, wine storage and outdoor refrigerators in every Riverstone section. Book online or by phone, and tell us about your gate or guard station.
Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach Sub-Zero diagnostics here.
Johnson Development opened Riverstone in 2001 and planned about 6,000 homes across roughly 3,700 acres. Builders such as Taylor Morrison and Meritage produced plans from small-lot sections to large houses facing the water.
Kitchen layouts differ so much between builders that two Sub-Zero installs on one street rarely match. We note the model, the cabinet type and where the condenser draws air before deciding what to test first.
Fort Bend County MUDs 128, 129 and 149 each operate water and sewer plants for their own part of Riverstone. A small slice of the community inside Sugar Land is served by the city instead.
Whichever provider you have, the refrigerator filter is the first stop when ice slows or the dispenser sputters. We also check the line behind the unit, because a pinched tube during installation is common in newer homes.
Levee Improvement Districts No. 15 and No. 19 hold back Brazos high water and run the pumps during long rains. Low garage floors can still collect runoff even when the lakes and pumps keep up.
Freezers and beverage units in those garages tend to show rust on the cabinet base first. We check the leveling legs, the outlet and the condenser fan, then advise whether the unit should move off the floor.
Lakefront homes often add an outdoor kitchen with a separate beverage refrigerator. Inside, counter-depth and built-in refrigeration is common in the larger builder plans.
An outdoor Sub-Zero needs clear airflow around its grille and a cover that does not trap heat against it. We clean the condenser, test the door seal and check that the unit is an outdoor-rated model before diagnosing further.
Riverstone straddles two cities and two ZIP codes, and some sections have their own guard station or gate rules. We come in from the Fort Bend Parkway or University Boulevard depending on your village. Give us the section name and gate instructions at booking, and send a photo of the model plate so parts can be matched.
Builder refrigeration in many homes here is reaching the age when ice makers stop filling and evaporator fans get noisy. We test the fill valve, the fill tube for ice buildup and fan operation in both compartments. If water stains show up on the floor below the unit and trace back into the wall, a plumber should open the line before we reconnect it.
Usually yes. Heat and lint load the condenser, so we start by cleaning it and testing the fan before looking at the sealed system.
Only for your water provider. We schedule by street address either way.
Riverstone is on our regular Fort Bend routes, so we usually offer a three-hour window today or tomorrow.
