Across Sienna's villages, we repair Sub-Zero refrigerators, freezers, drawers, wine units and ice makers. Book by phone or online; most visits run next day, sometimes sooner when we are already in Missouri City.
Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach Sub-Zero diagnostics here.
Johnson Development started the project in 1978 and raised a 10-mile levee during the first phase. Nearly all of the 5,200 homes in the original plan had families in them by 2009, and newer sections keep spreading across old sugar and cotton fields.
Homes from the early phases are now old enough that their original refrigerators need compressors, fans or control boards. Each part gets tested, and the quote lets you weigh fixing against buying new.
Local utility districts deliver Sienna's drinking water. A regional treatment plant run by Missouri City on Bees Passage Road stands nearby and adds treated Brazos water from the Briscoe Canal to participating districts.
Surface and well water blends can leave mineral scale in a refrigerator's water valve and fill tube. We check those first when the dispenser slows or ice production drops.
The Brazos runs just west of the community, and the levee keeps river water out. A long downpour still raises the lakes and channels inside it, and the air stays muggy for days.
Damp air dulls a condenser coil quickly and wears door gaskets. We clean the coil, test gasket seal and check that the condenser fan is not rusting in a garage unit.
Larger Sienna homes often have big French-door or built-in refrigeration, and some upgraded kitchens include column units or wine storage. A spare garage refrigerator is common too.
Column units and built-ins need careful leveling and anchoring, especially in houses where floors have settled. We check the anti-tip bracket, door alignment and the seal on each column.
Highway 6 and Sienna Parkway are our ways in, and drive time varies with the village you live in. Giving us your village name or nearest school helps us choose the best approach. Expect a next-day slot, or a same-day one if a technician is already on a Missouri City call.
With many houses now 15 to 25 years old, original built-ins are reaching the point of needing major parts. We test both compartments, the compressor and the control board before suggesting a repair. If the water line behind the unit is kinked or leaking inside the wall, a plumber should fix it before we reconnect.
If the sealed system tests healthy, repair usually makes sense. We test it and give you a price before ordering parts.
Not directly, but humidity stays high. Cleaning the condenser regularly helps the unit run efficiently.
Next day is typical, with a same-day slot when our route already runs through the area.
