What EC-12 means

EC-12, displayed as EC 12, is the lower cabinet warm temperature alarm on the Classic BW-30, UW-24 and UW-24/S. The lower wine zone has stayed above its expected temperature range for too long. The 400 Series wine units with the 400-2 control assign the same meaning. In practice you might find the lower bottles warmer than the upper ones, condensation on the door glass, or a compressor that rarely shuts off.

Tight loading that blocks air movement in the lower zone
