Sub-Zero UW-24 Wine Code 2: factory programming error

What 2 means

On Undercounter Wine Storage models such as the UW-24, UW-24/S and UW-24/O, this code appears on the display as EC 02 and means a factory programming error. The control has found that its stored setup data does not match what it needs to run the unit. Because the problem sits in the control itself, it will not clear with a door check. The BW-30 can also show EC 2. Expect a unit that may not cool, ignores settings, or keeps restarting.
